Thank you for shopping with Tides Heritage, a Florida-based faith-inspired coastal and outdoor lifestyle brand. We work hard to prepare and ship every order accurately and as quickly as possible.
This Shipping Policy explains our order processing times, shipping methods, tracking, estimated delivery times, and what to do if there is an issue with your shipment.
Order Processing
Most Tides Heritage orders are processed within [1–3 business days] after the order is placed.
Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or major U.S. holidays.
During new product launches, holidays, sales events, or periods of unusually high order volume, processing may take slightly longer.
Orders containing made-to-order, customized, embroidered, or specialty printed merchandise may require additional production time. Any extended production time will be noted on the applicable product page whenever possible.
Where We Ship From
Tides Heritage is a Florida-based brand, and our products are designed around the coastal, outdoor, and faith-inspired lifestyle we call home.
Orders are prepared and shipped from our fulfillment operations in Florida unless otherwise stated on the product page.
United States Shipping
Tides Heritage ships to addresses throughout the United States.
Available shipping methods and rates are displayed during checkout based on the customer's shipping address, order size, package weight, and selected delivery method.
Standard shipping generally arrives within approximately [3–7 business days after shipment], depending on destination and carrier conditions.
Estimated delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Carriers
Depending on the destination, package size, service selected, and shipping availability, orders may be shipped using carriers including:

Tides Heritage may select the carrier that provides the most appropriate service for an order unless the customer purchases a specific shipping service at checkout.

Order Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation containing tracking information when tracking is available.

A tracking number showing that a label has been created does not necessarily mean the package has already been scanned or transported by the carrier.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery times shown during checkout are estimates provided by the applicable shipping service or carrier.
Actual delivery may be affected by circumstances outside the control of Tides Heritage, including:
- Weather
- Carrier delays
- Holiday shipping volume
- Transportation interruptions
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses
- Regional delivery disruptions
- Natural disasters or emergencies
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, transit time is primarily controlled by the carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.
Please review your shipping information carefully before completing checkout.
If you discover an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to correct the address before shipment, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered processing or has been transferred to the shipping carrier.
Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided.
Packages Marked Delivered
If tracking indicates that your order was delivered but you cannot locate the package, we recommend:
- Checking around your home, mailbox, porch, garage, or other delivery locations.
- Asking household members or neighbors whether they received the package.
- Allowing approximately 24 hours, as some carriers may scan packages shortly before final delivery.
- Contacting the shipping carrier using the tracking number provided.
If you are still unable to locate your order, please contact Tides Heritage so we can review the shipment information with you.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If an order appears to be significantly delayed or lost in transit, please contact us.
We will review the available tracking information and, when appropriate, work with the shipping carrier to determine the status of the shipment.
Carrier investigations and claim processing times vary and may be outside the control of Tides Heritage.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
Include:
- Your order number
- Your name
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the damaged product
- Photographs of the shipping package when applicable
This information helps us review the issue and determine the appropriate next steps.
Multiple Shipments
Some orders may arrive in more than one package.
If items in your order are being shipped separately, you may receive multiple shipping confirmation emails or tracking numbers.
Receiving one package does not necessarily mean the remaining items in your order have been lost or omitted.
Preorders and Made-to-Order Products
Products identified as preorders, custom items, made-to-order merchandise, or specialty production items may have longer processing times than standard in-stock merchandise.
The estimated production or shipping timeline shown on the applicable product page takes precedence over our normal processing time.
International Shipping

Option A — U.S. Shipping Only
Tides Heritage currently ships within the United States. International shipping is not currently available.
Option B — International Shipping Available
Tides Heritage may offer international shipping to select countries. Available destinations and shipping charges will be displayed during checkout.
International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country or local authorities unless otherwise stated.
International delivery times may vary significantly due to customs processing and local delivery conditions.
Holiday Shipping
Shipping carriers typically experience increased package volume during November, December, major holidays, and promotional periods.
Customers purchasing products for Christmas, birthdays, vacations, trips, or other time-sensitive occasions should order early.
Tides Heritage cannot guarantee arrival by a particular date unless a guaranteed delivery service is specifically offered and purchased.
Order Changes and Cancellations
We begin processing orders as quickly as possible.
If you need to request a change or cancellation, contact us immediately. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request, but orders that have already entered production, fulfillment, or shipping may not be eligible for changes or cancellation.
